Slimm is an easy to follow meal replacement program, designed to fit your lifestyle, not restrict it.

Here’s how it works: you replace 2 of your 3 daily meals with Slimm Meal Replacement products. Your third meal should be nutritionally balanced. You can also eat 3 snacks per day.

Once a week you can also enjoy a breakout day, where you eat a normal moderate diet.

What is a Breakout Day?

Slimm is different from other weight management programs as it allows you to have a breakout day every week. On this day you should still be sensible with what you eat but can be more flexible with your food choices. For example, if you catch up with friends on the weekend you can enjoy a meal out and one glass of dry wine without feeling guilty about “breaking the rules”. A breakout day is allowed under the program because we don’t want you to put your life on hold. On the Slimm program you can look forward to your breakout day as your reward for your progress during the week.
